He is a long-time actuary with an MBA, and has served on six nonprofit boards. Steve is the Chief Catalyst of Vibrant Community Consulting which includes a specific program, Small Small Business, to support and champion our smallest businesses and nonprofits. Steve and his wife Tracy have three grown children and are life-long residents of rural Minnesota.
