I started my tax business with just a cell phone and laptop from my couch in Drexel Hill, PA. After a poor experience with a family member handling my taxes, I realized the lack of professional tax services in the Minority community and decided to go to tax school. I began offering free consultations to small business owners, which led to significant revenue. I invested my first $40k in a commercial property in West Philadelphia, transforming it into a resource center for financial literacy, including home-buying workshops and free LLC giveaways. My business has since grown to a $1 million real estate portfolio with 5 properties and 9 rental units. I now teach others about property ownership and aim to retire by 40, sharing my knowledge to advance our community.
