Karen's entrepreneurial spirit and marketing mastery have been evident from the start of her career. Her first full-time marketing role quickly advanced to Director of Marketing at a rapidly growing physical therapy company, while simultaneously establishing the organizations childhood obesity 501c3 and serving as President for 3 years.

However, her ambition didn't stop there - at just 24 years old Karen founded her first marketing agency.

An avid learner, she immersed herself in coaching programs, networking events, and aligned herself with industry mentors. Every service her agency offered, Karen first learned and implemented herself before growing her team. This hands-on approach paid off, with the agency experiencing incredible growth while generating millions in new business for their clients.

Alongside her professional achievements, Karen actively gives back to her community, as donor and foster with the Arizona Humane Society, a volunteer mentor with the Chandler Innovations business Incubator, a mentor through AASK for children in foster care, and a devoted Spring member with charity:water.
