From startups across continents to boardrooms, Malini Srikrishna has spent over a decade building bridges—between people, sectors, and ideas.
 
Her journey began with a full scholarship to The Ohio State University, where she studied Social Work and community organized around access, identity, and justice. She went on to earn her Master’s from Harvard Divinity School, focusing on entrepreneurship and leadership. At the Harvard Innovation Lab, she co-founded Milan Global—a growth consultancy helping leaders make meaningful change happen faster.
 
Whether working with healthcare entrepreneurs in The Gambia or non-profit leaders in North Carolina, she brings a deep commitment to culture-building that is both creative and equitable. She continues this mission ​through various roles such as Director of Partnerships for the Harvard Alumni for Global Development, and as an award-winning leader honored for innovation and impact.
