A written Strategic Plan (SP) is one of the most important tools every business needs to have. Why? Because a properly written SP will guide every important decision so that the business owner's goals will be met. It also gives alignment to all your team members so everyone is working toward, and being held accountable towards, the same business goals.
In this workshop, Brian is going to give you a Strategic Plan template and teach you how to create yours when you get back to the office. You will learn how to define and document the company purpose, values, SWOT, BHAG, KPIs, set financial and business goals. From this Brian will show how to define action items to reach your goals and how to roll it out to your staff.
