In 2020, Micah was appointed CEO of HushFrame, a disruptive soundproofing product in the construction technology (CONtech) industry. Under his leadership, HushFrame secured national and international distribution agreements and developed a sophisticated distribution network across all 50 states, including ensuring a distribution agreement with Lowes Home Improvement. Micah also established global licensing agreements for the product’s intellectual property. Additionally, he grew manufacturing inventory to hundreds of thousands of units. He expanded revenue streams from a single local source to half a dozen, driving millions of dollars in explosive revenue growth—all without outside investment. Micah specializes in change management and excels at architecting operations to improve operational efficiency across various functions, including finance, human resources, sales, marketing, and logistics/operations. He is a pragmatic leader who believes strongly in collaboration and promotes project and task ownership among employees. In 2020, Micah was a founding Executive Board member of the Massachusetts Independent Fitness Operators (MIFO). This non-profit organization created industry alignment by supporting over 550 fitness companies in Massachusetts during the COVID-19 pandemic. Micah is a seasoned public speaker, having delivered over 80 presentations to corporations and business professionals on topics ranging from mindfulness to business strategy, and has given talks to groups as small as 50 to 8,500. In December 2023, Forbes hired Micah as a contributing writer to forbes.com. Micah’s business articles have garnered tens of thousands of readers worldwide. In January 2024, Micah launched The Logan Companies, a professional services firm that provides business coaching and Fractional Executive Services. It helps SMB owners develop effective operational strategies, enhance brand awareness and marketing strategies, and create SOPs, workflows, and automation.
