Julia joined Vision in 2016 as the Vice President of Marketing & Operations, she already had more than 12 years of experience in marketing and business strategy, with a track record of identifying and solving complex operational problems and leading highly effective teams. This includes being Director of Marketing at Boston Color Graphics, years in the nonprofit sector, and as the Founding President (emeritus) and Co-Founder of the MetroWest Women’s Network, a group of ambitious local women who work together to meet their goals. In 2019, she won the 40 Under 40 Award from the Worcester Business Journal. Beyond Vision Advertising, Julia is an avid ultra-marathoner, trail runner, and a big fan of CrossFit. She is a current board member of the League of Women Voters Worcester, Co-Chair of the Massachusetts Entrepreneurs’ Mastermind Group, and an active volunteer of the WhyMe/Sherry’s House, a childhood cancer support network.
