Bernard Ramchatesingh’s career includes over 18 years of franchise management expertise across fast-paced QSR and service environments. He is a creative problem solver with a history of developing innovative processes and procedures that optimize operational efficiencies, minimize costs, improve quality and increase marketing competitiveness for franchise companies.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Ramchatesingh was responsible for managing development strategies as Director of Business Development for 200+ franchised SUBWAY Restaurants, overseeing business planning, marketing, sales, recruitment, market research and analytics, communication, coaching, and departmental goal setting. He also developed franchise lead generation strategies and has consulted with a number of corporate franchisors with their marketing initiatives, plans, and sales efforts.
As a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE), Mr. Ramchatesingh understands the challenges new franchisors experience in the franchise marketplace, and his wealth of knowledge in franchise management, coaching, and leadership helps businesses with their franchise goals, development strategies, and operations.
Mr. Ramchatesingh holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration, a Certificate in Franchise Management from Georgetown University, a Certificate of Business Analytics from The Wharton School, and a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Columbia Business School.
