Harry Harding is the principal owner and lead instructor of LeaderFULL Life Works, a consulting practice dedicated to supporting organizations build leadership capacity and strengthen work culture. Harry is an experienced non-profit leader, facilitator and writer who has worked in several capacities with youth and families for two decades in the Boston community and surrounding areas. Currently an instructor at Harvard Extension School, Harry has served as a student coach at Harvard Business School and was recently selected as an Inclusive Practice Fellow to share his expertise with faculty and teaching staff Harvard-wide to support inclusive online and blended learning experiences. With more than 1,000 hours of instruction logged, Harry specializes in facilitating dialogues on anti-racism, and topics related to diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging (DEIB). A local radio broadcaster and writer, he is a published author of two books of poetry, Perspectives in Progress (2017) and The Audacity (2018).
