Kris Holm started his banking career in 2008 while finishing his undergraduate degree in marketing at the University of North Dakota. His career began. originating and servicing residential mortgage and construction loans where he learned early that timing is everything. In 2015, Kris moved to Arizona and enrolled in Arizona State’s Master of Real Estate Development program. Upon graduation, he started at Stearns Bank as a commercial lender. Today, he serves as the Vice President Commercial Lending Manager for the National Lending Group where he is responsible for sourcing, originating, servicing, and sometimes collecting on construction and bridge loans nationwide. Kris works with developers and mortgage brokers on a variety of asset types including but not limited to single family for sale and for rent, multi-family, hospitality, and retail. He has been recognized by Stearns Bank as a top producer for 2021, 2022, and 2023. Kris earned his CCIM designation in 2018 and is an active member of ULI and the ASU MRED Alumni Association. In addition to his duties at Stearns Bank, he continues to play an active role in his family’s convenience store and real estate business.
