After spending decades as an individual contributor, manager, director and senior executive, in a variety of commercial roles at Maytag, Intel, 3M, Wolters Kluwer, Fortive and other companies of various sizes, Mike founded MarketWise, to assist organizations with putting growth initiatives into effect.

Mike is recognized for his business/financial acumen, technical savviness and delivering breakthrough results. He is highly capable of understanding technologies/markets, conceptualizing offerings, building strategies, launching solutions and facilitating cultures of high achievement. Mike's experience is broad and deep, including roles in operations, sales, marketing, strategic alliances, acquisitions, process optimization and general management.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and a Master of Business Administration in management, in addition to certificates in six sigma and having substantial experience in lean methodologies.

Mike is the author of Surviving Cancer, host of the survivingcancerthebook.org website, creator of the Let'sTalkGrowth Podcast and (co)author of several industry whitepapers, including Start with Research, The Basics of Strategy, Executing to Win, Built from Bricks, Leadership First and The Journey.
